At Dynamic Cheer, we believe in developing leaders both on and off the mat! Our Junior Coach Program gives student-athletes the opportunity to take their passion for cheer and tumbling to the next level by stepping into their first job — learning valuable skills in leadership, responsibility, and teamwork while earning money doing the sport they love.

Junior Coaches work alongside our experienced staff, gaining hands-on experience in coaching, mentoring younger athletes, and building confidence that will last a lifetime. It’s more than just a job. Our program is the start of a future filled with growth, pride, and community.
